Hi, Thank you for considering Koha into the option. My opinion is that in terms of Villages, The Catalogue is more important for User experiences. I would prefer Koha setup for that library and import the records from Excel into Koha. This would help and requires less effort as you are not into *Circulation* and *Patrons* management.
