Do you have something silly like the INTRAPORT="8080"? If so, whatever is on 8080 first is what likely comes up. The difference is when virtual named hosts are used. You have an apache configuration issue. /etc/apache2/sites-enabled contain apache configuration files of things enabled. I can not help beyond this.
