For anyone interested in it I wrote an illustrated guide on how to use
the new web installer in Koha 17.05.00 (also considering bug 18741 which
should be solved in Koha 17.05.01):
If you want English (standard language) as your interface language

Usually the content of the Koha-de-Wiki is in German but I decided that
in the future I will write all instructions for the installation and
configuration of Koha in English (the lingua franca in information
technology) so they are also usable by non-German-speaking users.
