Thanks to everyone for the help. I just contacted the library and as of today, everything seems to be working again...though I couldn't say why.
I've applied the patch to member-password.tt included in the 16.05.14 upgrade. Hopefully that will address any issues that may have arisen from folks trying to change passwords.
