Sorry, the following two lines are not necessary when using script
"koha-rebuild-zebra" (but they won't hurt either):
$ export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/sites/YOURINSTANCE/koha-conf.xml
$ export PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib
So you can just execute the following as your usual Koha user.
$ sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -b -v YOURINSTANCE
