What Jonathan said means : (a) the feature your are asking for does not exist in Koha at the moment. It is *not* a matter of configuration. (b) "but it could" means that it could be implemented if :- (1) you wrote that feature yourself OR (2) you funded or sponsored its development OR (3) you find a developer who is willing to volunteer to write it for you.
