My recommendation is that install it on a machine with internet first for all the dependency resolutions and then try it on the actual server. You can download the source code and run the MakeFile.PL, *perl Makefile.PLmake && make testmake install* On the other side you can use alien to convert a deb package to a rpm package: http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/11/alien-command-examples/ and try with that.
