If the items are all attached to a single bibliographic record, you don't need any custom SQL command. Open the record in the staff client catalog, e.g. /cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=1234 In the holdings tab, select all the items you want to delete and click the 'Delete selected items' link.
