Hi Manny, Hi Jean-Manuel, Thank you for your answers and sorry for my late response. It doesn't seem to be a javascript problem because staff log with circulate permission can see the loans in the details page (in the same PC) The problem appears with staff who have only borrowers permission.

We just recently upgraded to 3.20 from 3.18. We also have the same trouble viewing the check out details of a patron and the note "Loading... you may continue scanning" and "Loading ..." in details tab takes forever. With the help of our IT colleague (Koha helper Mark Tompsett), he finds out that the java script was not loading properly. So he told us to clear our web browser cache and cookies and it solves our problem. Hopefully, it will also help you.
