Dear Chitralekha and all concerned Members, 1. For combining contents of various columns use "concatenate" function available in excel. For eg. using this function we can combine contents of column A + B + C and store them in column D. This function also allows you to add prefix or suffix, before or after the contents of every column. 2. With the help of this function, you can combine various scattered item data of tag 952 and store them in one single column, which in turn can be converted to mark format using MARC EDIT tool.
