My company, KnowledgeWare Technologies, is in charge of tthe ranslating task of Koha releases to Arabic. Here is a demo site of Arabic Koha integrated with EBSCO EDS: http://arkoha.maktabat-online.net/ . We have also localized VuFind 2.5 to Arabic, which is a very powerful a discovery portal that provides metasearch or federated search to all sorts of data sources, including Koha ILS, DSpace IR, EDS/Summon eJournals as is demonstrated here: VuFind: http://arkoha.maktabat-online.net/vufind2/ I too did not make it to KohaCon15 this year in Nigeria.
