A couple of ideas: Is /etc/koha/koha-sites.conf pointing to the right OPACPORT? It should be 80. What's up with /etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf? If you're only running Koha, you can disable it. Once I did that, I no longer got the apache page. See "Disable Default Site" in http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages
