The patch für 13404 is in Koha, you will see it in action if you go to the staff client > About Koha > System information and see warnings about GRS1/DOM settings with hints how to fix your settings. Unfortunately, the patch does not do it for you. There is a bug related to that,[1] but no patch so far.
