I have branched the Koha manual so that master is now the working manual for 3.18 and 3.16 has it's own branch ( http://git.koha-community.org/gitweb/?p=kohadocs.git;a=summary). I believe that the translators will have to do some work on http://es.koha-community.org/manual/ to adjust accordingly and generate the PDFs properly for these 2 branches. Let me know when that's done and I'll update the manual links on the Koha site.
