Hi , We would like to upgrade the version of our Koha 3.12 to 3.16 Will this affect any configurations we have on the 3.12 ??. I mean will it affect the patrons data ??.

So at least we can say manual (and also bulkmarkimport.pl -d option) should be updated (MySQL >~5.5)* adding a note about DELETE FROM biblio way not always will work right away.
