Hi Robin,
I made some modifications to the authority-koha-indexdefs.xml file
before importing auth and biblio records and, after some good clues
provided by Bernardo Gonzalez Kriegel, I'm going to do a fresh install
without modifying anything to see what happens when run
link_bibs_to_authorities.pl. I'll give you the feedback.
