Not currently at my PC to be able to be more precise, but you might want to google-search "koha yaz-acu queryfuzzy queryweight Arabic". I remember reading a similar thread on search problems for records in Arabic. Had the same problem, in Greek entries, but have since rectified it following the advice found there, losing smart search capabilities though.
