Kia ora everyone I'm sorry I am having a brain fade, but how do you get patrons into a new branch (the same patrons as the old branch) and assign the issuing permissions for the new branch. I have looked through all the help files I can find and I am stumped. I can see the patrons fine if I use my Superlibrarian login, but not the circulation login for the branch.
