Hello all! I'm done converting the photographs, considering sample catalogs, looking at MARC21 and client's needs. For purpose of comparing notes and for reference, I'm posting below sample MARC records:
tag 530 is with notes, with the following text: "with negatives, with prints, with transparency, withotherstext(media format notes (e.g. colored, etc.). 561 is Ownership and custodial history note(collection), 591 is image type note, 648 date subject, and item type Retrato, 949$g is supposed to be date entered 10/13/1999 8:39 but I get the following when I converted it to MARC edit (will have to check on this) =LDR 00000nam 2200000Ia 45e0 =008 131223e1934ph ||||| |||| 0| a| | =099 \\$aAC00001 =245 \\$aAgapito Aguilar: "Saint Joseph" 1934 =500 \\$aOil on canvas. 68" x 40".
