Salvete! Thanks to our delicate system of "governance" bad stuff might soon happen to Library of Congress sites. So, if you're getting loc.gov related errors, (Such as setting your z39.50 target as LOC) it's not a Koha issue, it's a freggin U.S. government issue. Patches most welcome.
