I had encountered the same problem with OS X Server 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion)
and the symlink fixed the problem. I just want to check if the path to mysql
is hard-coded to "/usr/bin/mysql", uses the result of "which mysql" command
or simply whatever paths are set in the PATH environment variable? From
here, I can then deduce a working solution besides symlinking.
