It should be possible. I've not tried recently. The apt-get tools of debian and its children are soo nice. The installation manual is INSTALL in the software download, as mentioned in the message you're replying to. Have you tried that? http://download.koha-community.org/koha-3.08.07.tar.gz You might find INSTALL.fedora7 informative too, but maybe not. It depends what Red Hat.
