David, As I mentioned before this could be done by a web designer with lots of CSS and a way to flip sessions back and forth between style. This would allow many different styles for other types of catalogs, perhaps even a mobile device version for small screens. I think besides a little setup work, much of could all be done with CSS so virtually all of the same code could be reused.
