Looking at the zebraqueue log file I found the following:

try restarting transaction at /koha/bbmkoha/bin/zebraqueue_daemon.pl
line 284.

This may be a problem with MySQL, but I am interested to hear if this
has ever been seen before. Maybe MySQL needs tweaking.
