Hi Chris, I used version 5.8.9.2 of the July 2009 release (established this after several problems with 5.10) and was able to install the greater part of the needed modules (including XML::LibXSLT) ‘relatively’ painlessly via ppm which goes on to download the needed dlls as part of the install.
And yes some work is definitely needed on the needed on the 5.10 side of things – glad to know you’ll have a peep at it ..
