Thanks for the list. That is helpful. I've added all of the new/old mappings except for the sitemap itself. Since it's not a Plone content page, the aliasing tool can't insert itself into the content resolution scheme.
Of the list of pages missing from the sitemap, I found obvious links only for the downloads, OPAC showcase, and NPL pages. I'm not particularly familiar with the site's contents, so perhaps someone else can determine the appropriate mapping for the remaining pages. I'm not on the koha users' list, so I'm not going to know about any responses on there unless they're also forwarded to this list or directly to me. Please feel welcome to do so.
