Minor typo, I wrote 'user' where I should have wrote 'usr' perl -I /usr/share/koha/bin /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_nozebra.pl
should work assuming that /usr/share/koha/bin is the directory that contains the C4 directory.
