I have installed Koha 3.0 at 4 May 2008 The system preference 'noOPACUserLogin' was deleted at 20 May. http://git.koha.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=Koha;a=commit;h=bcd6262494bb4462f22f0e39555f279713add76e So I delete it by hand.
