I am trying to upgrade from Koha 23.11 to 24.05 on Ubuntu.
After the successful installation of Koha and the Web Installer screen, i get
the following message; I believe during MySQL upgrade.
Upgrade to 23.12.00.023 [12:32:00]: Bug 32132 - Set aqbudgets.budget_period_id
as NOT NULL
ERROR: {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql: b do failed: Cannot change column
'budget_period_id': used in a foreign key constraint 'aqbudgetperiods_ibfk_1'
at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 741
I can see in the release notes of 24.05 that this bug has been resolved.
But does that mean I cannot upgrade from 23.11 to 24.05?
Is there a work around I can apply?
