I still think the googleopenidconnect script was a mistake and we should've made it generalizable openidconnect*, so I'm pro splitting things out overall.
*I actually do have generalizable openid connect code but don't have the time to upstream it... and maybe it's worth waiting for an auth overhaul as Koha is a bit out of control with auth at the moment...
