Hi, I understand that you propose to package the older version of HTTP::OAI (3.27 or 3.28), but wouldn't it be upgraded automatically to the most recent version ?
From what I read, HTTP::OAI 4.03 is broken. Did anyone has tried the latest release (4.06) ?
