Pardon my ignorance, but I'd like to add a topic for discussion in the next dev meeting, and I can't quite figure out where that should go -- the last dev meeting has come and gone: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Development_IRC_meeting_19_October_2016, but there's not another meeting scheduled to which I can add agenda items... also, is that the right way to do it, if the page did exist?
