Hi, Just as a reminder, here's a section from the release notes for 3.14.0:
"The 'prog' and 'CCSR' public catalog themes are deprecated as of the release of Koha 3.14.0. Existing Koha sites are encouraged to switch to the Bootstrap theme as soon as convenient. The 'prog' and 'CCSR' OPAC themes are slated to be completely removed in the second major release of Koha after 3.14.0, i.e., in the release currently contemplated for November 2014." That release currently contemplated for November 2014 is, of course, 3.18.0. At this point, I'd like to request positive confirmation that folks are still happy with that course of action; if we decide to change our minds, we should do so prior to the release of 3.16.0. Assuming that we don't change our minds, then as of now, there would be no requirement that new patches update the prog theme.
