Tried to upgrade koha using git and encountered the following error when accessing koha web interface:

Upgrade to 3.08.16.002 done (Bug 10490: Correct datatype for overduefinescap in issuingrules) . Upgrade to 3.08.17.000 done (3.8.17 release) Update errors : . [Fri Aug 30 11:28:52 2013] updatedatabase.pl: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown column 'overduefinescap' in 'issuingrules' at /home/koha/kohaclone/installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl line 5391. Continue to log in to Koha Any thoughts?
