Just my 2 bits 1) I've experience of working with Transifex as part our team's (Ankur Bangla - BN_IN L10N team for all the major GUI desktop apps on GNU/Linux) work. 2) An friend, now an ex-employee of Transifex, who worked for 2 years in the Transifex dev team handling support for Transifex, I have spoken with him and he is willing us to help out. 3) I can host an instance of Transifex CE for our translators.
