If the suggestion status is not in SUGGEST_STATUS authorized values, the UI
will show a tab with the untranslatable, hard-coded, text "Unknown":
suggestion/suggestion.pl: return
GetAuthorisedValueByCode('SUGGEST_STATUS', $criteriumvalue ) || "Unknown";
