            Bug ID: 44031
Summary: OPAC information in Libraries settings is useless when
                    no OpacLibraryInfo HTML customization exist
   Initiative type: ---
        Sponsorship ---
            status:
           Product: Koha
           Version: Main
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5 - low
         Component: System Administration
          Assignee: [email protected]

                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

In the Administration Libraries settings, the OPAC information field has been
moved to using the HTML customisation OpacLibraryInfo location. There was a bug
about being able to edit the HTML customization when editing a library (bug
39482, resolved). However, it seemed to assume the OpacLibraryInfo entry was
created before editing the Library settings.

In both main and 25.11.10, when editing a library for which there is no
OpacLibraryInfo HTML customization, the "OPAC information" label appears but
you can't do anything about it. There is just a blank space, with neither a
button to add an OpacLibraryInfo HTML customization or an explanation about
creating one.

This is confusing and is not good for usability.
