It would be very useful to be able to view and edit the content of a selected canned notice before sending it, particularly to add information specific to an individual request, such as URLs to e-resources. At present, when an ILL request can be fulfilled with an e-resource, we have to email users separately outside Koha because we can't add the relevant link to the custom notice. Allowing staff to edit the subject and body before sending, without changing the original notice template, would make this workflow much easier and allow us to keep these communications within Koha and in the notice log. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
