Conflicts resolved in installer/data/mysql/mandatory/userpermissions.sql and koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/members/notices.tt. Upstream's recent DOMPurify/shadow-DOM change to members/notices.tt is superseded by the sandboxed-iframe preview already in this series (both notice pages now use sandbox="" iframes).
