The help text on the cleanup_database cron option --temp-uploads-days reads
"override the corresponding system preference value." It would be more helpful
to actually name the corresponding system preference,
UploadPurgeTemporaryFilesDays.
Additionally, the help text should note that --temp-uploads-days has no effect
without --temp-uploads.
