However by description of the systempreference renewing should be allowed also renewal is "premature for the "No renewal before" setting in the circulation policy". This patch restores ability to override renewal restriction for premature renewal when AllowRenewalLimitOverride and circulation rules allow it To test: 1) Enable both AllowRenewalLimitOverride and AllowRenewalOnHoldOverride sysprefs. 2) Create circulation policy to check out an item type for 5 days, 2 renewals allowed, 'No renewal before' set to 1. 3) Find a bib with a single item and no holds, and check it out to a test patron. 4) In the patron's account, click the 'Override renewal restrictions' box. => Note that no checkbox populates in the patron's checkout table. 5) Navigate to Circulation->Renew and renew the item twice. 6) Navigate back to patron's account, click the 'Override renewal restrictions' box. => Note that renewing is now possible. 7) Return item and check it out to patron again. 8) Place a hold for the item for another patron. 9) Navigate back to original patron's account, click the 'Override renewal restrictions' box. => Note that renewing is now possible. 10) Apply this patch. 11) Cancel hold made for the item. 11) Click the 'Override renewal restrictions' box again. => Note that checkbox now populates in the patron's checkout table. => Confirm that checkbox still populates in the patron's checkout table after reaching renewal limit and after placing a hold for the item.
