Backing a message out while waiting for a corrected vendor message is simply Rollback. The staff-facing 'hide/dismiss' request for errors is tracked separately in bug 43081. Built on top of bug 43790 (Import dispatches by message type), and on 39215 and 42001 which touch the same process_quote code.
