"Download all" downloads only the results of your search, not all overdues. I think this is reasonable behavior, but the link should read something like "Download all results" Cannot access the overdues report with only "overdues_report" permission: - without circulate_remaining_permissions, one cannot access /circulation-home.pl to get to the overdues report. This is true in current main, but it'd be good to correct it. - with overdues_report but without circulate_remaining_permissions, the overdues report page will load, but loading any data fails with an authorization error.
