This patch adds a dedicated background job to handle this at faster rate rather than the user having to sit and wait for a page to load Test plan: 1) Use the data script provided to add many overdues into the system 2) Try to load all results in the data table using the dropdown - the option should not exist 3) Click the download all button, a background job should be enqueued and successfully produce a report 4) In the administration area, adjust the column settings for the table and re-run the job.
