In patron's Holds-tab there is a column "Status" that shows if the hold is
waiting for pickup or being transferred.
However there is also a third option for hold's status, "Processing" (found =
'P'). A hold gets this status when it's being returned via SIP and syspref
"HoldsNeedProcessingSIP" is set to "Don't fulfill".
It would be useful for staff to see this status as well.
