TODO comment still in the diff - give it the real description (it mirrors saved_sql.type, "always 1 for tabular"). Also fix a copy-paste typo in mana_comment.yaml's id description ("mana debit"), strip trailing blank lines, and clarify the new q_str parameter's description against the pre-existing q_param so the two aren't confused (q_str is a plain free-text query, q_param is Koha's structured filter array).
