- In the staff interface, find a user record and select New Purchase
Suggestion.
- If the system recognizes the biblio record, the system will give the patron
the message "A similar document already exists: title here /. Click on "Confirm
your suggestion" to ignore this message.
- But the new suggestion form is blank losing data and you can't proceed.
