Please let me know if this is heading in the right direction now. As for the issue regarding the calendar and public holidays raised in comment no. 8, this isn’t addressed here. It is covered by bug 18064 (‘Add a system preference to run the longOverdue script with calendar support’), which adds a `LongOverdueNoticeCalendar` preference allowing public holidays to be ignored when calculating the date range for significant delays, if you’d like to have a look. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
