Action logs info and diff sections can be quite large. It would be nice if
there was a way to minimize the row when it was larger than a specific number
of rows to prevent the page from being huge if you don't need to look at the
whole info for a change to (for example) the intranetuserjs system preference
and expand them ad hoc.
