If a file is saved with .JPG but IDLINK.txt has it listed as .jpg it gives the
following error:
ERROR: Image not imported because Koha was unable to open the image for
reading.
If you change either the file extension or the entry in IDLINK.txt it works,
but the error isn't verbose.
I think we should either add better error messaging, make it case insensitive,
or put a note on the upload page (or a combination).
